I did NOTHING today except a 30 minute walk to work. But I did map out how I am going to be working out. Since I am 110 lbs overweight, I see no harm in doing it the Biggest Loser way until I get close to my goal. So that means i have to workout 4 hours a day! Intensely, to burn basically 1 lb per day. I have to figure out what I can do that burns so much cals..
I have to get another gym membership of course...
I was extremely lazy at work yesterday.... I did not do well.. I held alot of stuff off to get finished today..
Hopefully it will be a better day today.
